Horrible customer service I called to see about getting my son into their detox program, and I was able to talk to someone right away.They seemed very helpful at the time but that was the last time I was able to speak with someone. They completely ignored my phone calls, messages, emails and faxes. Never experienced anything quite like it coming from a medical facility. Long story short I ended up going somewhere else. Very disappointing when you're looking for help for a loved one.
Ms. I have been going to Dr. Rhoads at NW Cardiologist for several years. He is very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
OAI provides exceptional patient service. My experience at OAI was good. The staff was very kind and they offer the newest and most advanced MRI in the area.
