I have had several MRI at the Holy Family Inland Imaging, and just recently had another one. I want to thank Jason (Scottie), and Samantha (Sam) for making it such a pleasant experience. They both went out of their way to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and I thank you.
Everyone from beginning to end were very friendly & knowledgeable, I went for a CT, I currently have limited range of motion and couldn't put my right arm over my head, (not related to CT), she worked with me & it went great..definitely will return if I need to & I especially loved the "God Bless You's" it made me feel cared for and safe.
They are great. Helped me with every need, got my procedure done and made sure I was informed, comfortable, and happy the whole time. They're all so knowledgeable. I drive 2 hours to get the best.
My sister has been in the waiting room for an hour with a kidney stone and still have not been assisted. Met with rude unsympathetic nurses. The stuff is by far the worst I have witnessed in spokane.
Frankly, the “physician doesn’t like it” is not a reason that a licensed professional can’t be in the room to observe a highly risky procedure.
