I was to be a new patient here. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. O'Leary months in advance. A month before the appointment, I received a call saying that she wouldn't be working that day, and I needed to reschedule. When I called, the next available appointment was 9 months out. Why would I schedule 9 months in advance when the doctor cancelled and clearly doesn't know her own schedule that far in advance? Very unprofessional. My first appointment was reschedule last minute to a time my husband (who assist me with communication due to my issues) was unavailable and this was an urgent appointment request I had already waited 2 months for and I couldn’t wait longer. I would give negative stars if I could. The office staff and medical assistants (specifically, Daisy C.) are completely incompetent, negligent, and clearly do not care about their patients or their well-being. I've been waiting for the manager Halle to call me to discuss the below mentioned problems and their medical negligence since January 2nd, and clearly they do not care about their patients at all, since she has not called me, even though I have called asking to speak with her more than once. This place is a JOKE. My doctor sent over an urgent referral after abnormal findings in my brain MRI from last week and they STILL haven’t called to schedule. In fact- they’ve called to say that because insurance doesn’t show as changed they can’t even schedule an appt at all. Even though I called in WITH AN INSURANCE EMPLOYEE that confirmed my insurance was switched. The office staff is incredibly rude and just makes you run in circles. And an update!
