Had a great time checking in 2-ish months after my stroke. Got everything answered and Prince was wonderful and super knowledgeable. I appreciate her time she took to go through my stroke, and explained everything.
Let me first state I have nothing bad to say about my initial one week hospital stay in the Stroke unit. I believe the staff released me too early, but that is another story. The administrative issues I've had over the last two months have resulted in multiple neurologists who have branded me "difficult" as I push them to clear me so I can recover my CDL, so I can go back to work. Wonderful MS physicians who are extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and responsive. They will take their time during appointments and are supportive.
Needed some irrelevant paperwork to get me scheduled. Asked if i could email it. They said no but asked me to send it to my primary who would fax it to them. They absolutely could not schedule me before then. What an inefficient and stupid system. Driving 30 minutes to hand it into them in person. Very accommodating of people with neurological issues.
I saw Dr Khezi for pineal cyst, migraines and stroke symptoms. My mri wasn’t there for her to view even though I called months before, brought cd. She used ct scan and was more concerned about me having scoliosis. I don’t and never have. She wrote multiple things wrong on chart and offered no medicine for migraines. She also ignored my messages for weeks. She treated me like I didn’t matter and the office said I can wait another year for different doctor. The nurse on the phone was passive aggressive too.
