I dealt with Jenn Y. on a claim & she handled everything for me while at the same time my mother was sick & in hospital. Claim aside she also reached out wishing my mother well & to feel better. Business aside , automated calls , AI & all those other answering services out there nothing beats the personal/ human aspect of interacting with people & even strangers wishing another well and seeing beyond just a job!!!
