Staff was friendly, considerate of my needs and professional. Received timely reminders prior to visit to help make sure I had day and time correct.
My experience was very good. My problem was addressed, I was totally informed all the way through what my options were and a plan was started. The staff is very kind and thorough and the dentist was wonderful.
I had a dental emergency and didn't have a dentist. I called first thing Monday morning and Amy took care of me. She made sure I got an appointment within hours and was taken care of. I would highly recommend Monroe Family Dentistry! Very clean and professional!
I recently transferred to Monroe Family Dentistry and had my second visit. They are attentive and very helpful and I had a great experience again and they accommodated a few very sensitive teeth I have due to past orthodontic work.
Open late and on weekends says enough. Always professional. Been taking care of me years. And they're dancing through the hoops of this ******* lockdown to keep all you safe.
Going to the dentist is certainly not on my list of fun things to do, but going to see Alfredo, my hygienist is a breeze. He is always on time and does a great job and is quick. I appreciate that he values my time as much as his own.
I’ve had a lot of dental issues, and I’ve moved around a lot, so I’ve had a lot of dentists. Before today, there was one great dentist in Charlotte, an absolutely abysmal dentist in Phoenix, and dentists everywhere else, just non-descript. Dr. Marc Wallace was every bit as good as the guy in Charlotte. I didn’t feel the Novacaine at all, and he not only solved an issue that has long plagued me, but several others as well, while all the while having stellar candor.
