Providence and Dr Wheeler's staff do not follow thru!! Left messages and phone for provider... 6 weeks later, no response. I put in my chart that the office they referred me to hasent been taking new patients for over a year. The my chart lady calls me and tells me the only way they know is to refer someone and get turned down. This has to be b.s. no company is that stupid.
