I am surprised at the negative reviews! I cam ein on a flight from NYC and was not feeling my best. I called the office, spoke to a very nice young lady and booked a same day appointment. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the lovely medical assistant took me to the exam room. Within 10 minutes, the PA came to document my concerns and examine me. The entire process was seamless. I would urge the community to go visit them if needed. I work in health care and have full confidence in their care. Thanks to the entire staff!
This is the second time I’ve had to use this urgent care facility and each time the service has been excellent! The check in time to actual appointment were done in a timely manner. The facility was very clean, organized and everyone was friendly and kind. The providers are knowledgeable and professional and rendered me excellent care. I couldn’t have asked for better service/care.
