providence makes it incredibly difficult to schedule doctor’s visits. my current primary care is located an hour away so i’m trying to switch to a closer clinic. there are no options online to schedule elsewhere. i went to the clinic in person and was told by the front desk that they couldn’t help me and that i needed to call to schedule. called the number on the card that they gave me and it says they are closed (on a monday at 1:05pm) even though their “normal business hours” are 7 am - 6 pm monday - friday. the line hangs... read more

I would NOT go see Jason Baker DO, Hyum Dutchi, DO , need more schooling don’t know what the hell these are doing with patients. GO to Kaiser instead! GOD help them get out of this profession! 🙏

Thank You for diagnosing what sort of disease that I had! Right now, I am feeling like I could not eat or drink any sort of Milk Products due to my recent gut health! I could be “Lactose Intolerant” due to eating and drinking Milk along with my Life Cereal, which might be the cause of my Diarrhea within my gut! Well! There goes another type of food, being eliminated from my moderation of eating habits!

While I have appreciated the providers, the front desk staff were incredibly rude, talking about me to other people in the staff with a tone, and I could hear them doing so from the lobby. I intend to seek primary care services elsewhere. Also, their reliance on EPIC makes it very difficult to schedule routine appointments, and they are very backed up.
