I have been grateful for this clinic and have been coming here on and off for almost 18 years. I have always experienced a welcoming environment from the office staff, medical assistants, and my child's providers. We have all received courteous and respectful service. Upon arriving at the building, the people you encounter are all very welcoming. Thank you, SW Pediatrics, for having such amazing employees.

We absolutely love SW pediatrics! They are a very busy practice, but always are able to get you in pretty quick for an appointment. Dr. Larson is always so wonderful and advocates for our toddler.

My 5 year old and I waited 30 minutes here today before giving up and leaving. I received a call 15 minutes later saying they had apparently been looking for my kid and I for 15 minutes… What’s the point of an appointment if you truly have no clue when / if you’re going to be seen? Why make the appt? Respect for peoples time and common courtesy would be appreciated. If I’d been given a heads up that things were running behind, I could’ve come later or rescheduled completely. This place is a disaster since our favorite pediatrician left. The one we were assigned today, Dr. Gail Jacoby obviously didn’t attend classes in medical school on how to talk to patients and has a horrible aggressive bedside manner that left both myself and my two daughters very upset. Everything that came out of this woman’s mouth was either negative or judge-mental!
