Absolutely lovely staff and great care. Answering the phone is terrible I've been on hold for 30 minutes...
They received the request from Costco to refill my high blood pressure pill on Dec 13 and they rejected my request . They told me i have to make an appointment to see doctor. I told them i just went over there on July 2023 (it was not two years yet). i went to their web site and requested a refill and stated that i had only one pill left , but they rejected me again with no reason ( see the attached photo) . If you are planning to see a doctor every two years, i recommend this place is not for you.
We love our doctor, but for some reason, they never bill our insurance, even though they have it on file. It makes it a huge hassle to have to call billing every time we go. Update: I just went to my appointment, and set up new insurance. They didn’t check me in so a half an hour later I find out they canceled me. Then the woman at the front desk had the audacity to blame it on me. it took me three months to get this appointment, and I don’t know who in their right mind would make a trip to the doctors office and sit there f... read more
