Have been told twice to go to urgent care because they are short staffed and can only book appointments 3 weeks out for 2 separate urgent care needs.
Kate is wonderful! She is kind and caring along with being extremely supportive and proactive in my healthcare. Highly recommend!
If you need a prescription filled I would recommend contacting them at least 3 weeks ahead of time unless you want to run out. They've been ignoring my pharmacy for over a week and I've tried calling during their business hours but their voicemail says they're closed and to leave a message. The turn over rate for doctors there is crazy, I've never seen the same doctor twice. To make it worse they don't update their systems so your pharmacy could be sending refills to a doctor doesn't work there anymore causing more delays.
