They might have some longer phone hold times, but the staff is great, and the doctors have been amazingly well-informed about all my issues.
I had a bad experience at another Providence clinic, and thought the issues were specific to them, but having moved to this clinic, I can unfortunately confirm that this is an overall problem with the entire Providence system. Poor or no communication about medical care, little to no follow up on that care and referrals, zero help with prescriptions, lots of promises about help with no actual follow through.
