Today was my first appointment here and I loved it all! The gals at the front office were great, especially Lindsey. And my visit with Dr. Greacen was even better. Listened to my concerns and very supportive! Thanks!
My quality of life is most important to me and the relationship with my doctor as a medical professional is also very personal and important. I find this care with my doctor and staff, extremely pleased.
This review concerns the medical billing aspect of this Primary Care Group. Now, occurring multiple times in short period. However, it will likely be enough of a problem to seek care elsewhere where the medical billing is both consistent and competent as that doesn’t appear to be something Providence is capable of. Getting a quote for a reasonable copay prior to a service and then getting bills for thousands of dollars afterwards is ridiculous.
