I am incredibly frustrated by the systemic scheduling errors and complete lack of communication at this facility. They managed to waste months of my time and ultimately left me without care due to their own internal blunders. First, their off-site call center gave me completely incorrect instructions to attend an "Intake" appointment with a different doctor just to establish care. I took time out of my day and physically showed up, only for the front desk staff to tell me "we don't do that" and cancel my appointment on the s... read more
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and heard when explaining my health.
I have always been very pleased and confident in the care I receive with Dr. Schoenrock and the Providence group. The doctors and their staff are caring, professional, and follow through in a timely manner.
Once again Dr Schoenrock was an all star. Carefully listening and having ideas to help. I’m just very very sad she is leaving
