Everything is great from Lisa at the front desk to all the providers. I truly feel so well taken care of, seen, listened to. Lisa is so kind, caring and funny. I always hope she calls me forward to check me in. She loves my family and has seen me through 2 pregnancies. I love the family medicine style of care. Dr Yau was my PCP then I got pregnant and she was my OB and she delivered my baby and was his pediatrician. I love that they know my whole family. I can usually always get a same day appt if needed. Had an appt for a check up that we waited 2mnths for, we were promptly checked in at our appt time, however, after waiting for 40min for our dr I went to the receptionist to see how much longer. I was told another 10-20min as the dr had a patient that had difficulties causing the delay. I’m sorry but an HOUR!! At that point I’m sorry but the other patient should have to make a follow up. Dr. Urbanc is an excellent doctor. The best I have found in the city of Portland.
Lisa at the front desk is an actual angel. She is so kind, accommodating, comforting and funny. She never makes you feel like an inconvenience and always goes above and beyond for patients.
