Practice could use biomstric ID the Dr looks notbing like her picture.
Unprofessional, did not communicate anything, took months to get prescribed a cpap then did not help with hearing loss or deviated septum.
I have been denied a referral here twice. They make it nearly impossible to be seen by a specialist. My primary care provider sent a referral due to my large tonsils obstructing my airway. I was denied and told I needed a sleep test. I sent in a copy of my sleep test showing my obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis. I have been denied again and told my attempts at using a CPAP must fail. I just had a very difficult ordeal here. Amanda a medical assistant was rude, belittling and disrespectful. I called tried to make a complaint and the ladies who answered the phone were very nice they said Kim would call me back to hear or take my complaint, she of course never returned my call.
