I’ve been seeing Dr. Doshi for a few years now and she’s been great. Never have had any issues with the front desk staff- they have always been helpful. That being said I am a healthy young adult with no serious health issues.
Have been a patient of Dr Doshi for years and it's always been a wonderful experience. The staff is responsive and very respectful.
This drs office is pretty terrible. I have cyclical vomiting syndrome and prostitis. I've been taking pain meds for 5 years now. I've been sick for 6 years. The anxiety I have from constantly being sick and thinking im going to die is horrendous. I am now going to the UW medical school of medicine to see if they can figure out the cause of my vomiting. Easily the worst medical experience I’ve had in my 40 years. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to actually see a doctor.
The doctors in the clinic are great! The front desk staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I've had multiple issues with scheduling, insurance and rescheduling of appointments without notice. Specifically this week I was to be seen for a motor vehicle claim and I could not get through on the phone to schedule, so I sent a message via MyChart with the accident information and insurance.
