Easily the worst medical experience I’ve had in my 40 years. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to actually see a doctor.
The doctors in the clinic are great! The front desk staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I've had multiple issues with scheduling, insurance and rescheduling of appointments without notice. Specifically this week I was to be seen for a motor vehicle claim and I could not get through on the phone to schedule, so I sent a message via MyChart with the accident information and insurance. I faced a challenge today when the front desk staff refused to let me speak to the doctor for a few minutes to get my waiver forms signed. She insisted I make an appointment, which would be treated as a full treatment session, and I’d be charged for it. My experience had always been average here. However one experience that I recently had destroyed this place’s reputation completely in my eyes. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I got the news when I opened mychart. Nobody called me to tell me about my life changing devastating diagnosis. You CANNOT make an appointment if you have any Medicare Advantage plan other than these two HMO plans: Providence or United Healthcare. Even if you are willing to be seen out of network. They will take Medicare or cash, but only if you DO NOT have any other health plan.
