If it wasn’t for the fact that I really like my PCC I would go somewhere else for care. Communication is horrible. On multiple occasions a medication refill required doctor’s approval. My pharmacy would send reminders every day and call when they hadn’t received a response after 3 days. It would take a week or more at which time I had runout of meds. Very frustrating that it hasn’t improved in more than a year.
What a joke, refusing to refill blood pressure medication because I refuse to come in for an annual wellness exam . They only care about $$ . Same blood pressure medication over 5 years . If my so call doctor was really concerned about the impact why not order blood work . What a joke
Not very friendly customer service front desk ladies are rude
When I made my first appointment in April to set up primary care, I was upset it took so long to make an appointment, but that seems to be the norm. I read all the negative reviews about this place and was very skeptical about receiving care here but I decided to give it a shot because there were no negative reviews about Dr. Nadia Z. Azhar.
