I probably could give two stars because the staff, in person, are still nice. But the quality of service here has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. Every simple thing now takes a week and multiple in-person interactions. Trying to reach the care team on phone or through the MyChart app is meaningless since there will be no responses. The management at Providence is so focused on making money that the objective of providing healthcare to patients is no longer in existence. I am truly frustrated and sad.

The only explanation I can think of is that the management is so focused on making money that the objective of providing healthcare is now nonexistent in their vocabulary. I am truly sad and frustrated.
The Asian lady that answers the phone for appointments isn’t helpful.
They take to long to answer the phone waited more then 25 minutes to get my phone call answered
I saw Dr. Christopher Kim for 10 minutes and then he tried to bill me $400 for a wellness visit. Then, I saw him for a 10 min telehealth visit and I was billed $270. I called and an operator gave me a $50 student discount that was then reversed. I spoke to someone from the billing department about the discount being reversed, and he talked over me stating the student discount didn't even exist. Upsetting to know that Providence and their employees are prioritizing profits over patient care. I will never return.
