A very quiet clean community. Service from main office is on point and timely. My apartment is very cute. I love living there. Ciara in management office very friendly, courteous and accommodating.

I pay $60/mo for cable through my rental payment and $65/mo for Internet thru Spectrum. I would like to be able to opt out of the cable bill. I certainly dont like having to pay for something that I don't use.
I love these apartments! My apartment faces the tranquil lake and I'm immediately relaxed by the view every time I leave for work and come home. The community here is very friendly as well as the staff in the office and the maintenance team. Also, we are in an amazing location without having to deal with too much traffic. I feel so safe and happy here, and plan to stay for a few years.
