Scheduling an appointment is like a throwback to the 1980s. The first issue is that after your doctor issues orders for an infusion, they NEVER call you to schedule an appointment. You must call and initiate that process. Then, when you actually ARE talking to a person to schedule your appointment, they don't have direct access to their calendar...they have to put you on hold, and consult elsewhere to see if a time you've indicated works for you is available.
