I called and asked them to call me once my elderly grandfather in law gets out of his urgent care appointment, because he tends to get lost and forget to call me… I’m not able to sit in there and wait for him because I have children. I’m the only person who can take him. She was very rude and didn’t give me any confirmation that I could get a call…And when I asked if I could have confirmation that I would get a call because I was worried about him getting lost, she hung up on me..
