My experience at the Tanasbourne clinic has always been welcoming, quick, and informational, they surpass any service ive received, even at my dr office
Outrageous bill.. One visit cost $700.. $450 for just seeing Doctor and $250 for X-Ray... How do these people sleep at night charging like this
Worst healthcare experience ever. Dr was rude and dismissive. Failed to demonstrate ANY patient empathy for my wife who has early onset Alzheimer’s. Unbelievably rude and repeatedly said “I can’t do anything, go to ER”. Basically didn’t care to help.
I was very literally lied to about them taking my insurance. At the front desk they said yes, and I only found out some time later they don’t. I would not have come here if I would have known that. Talking with the billing department didn’t get it down. So I have a $377 bill now. I’ll survive, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Otherwise it was actually a very nice experience for the medical aspect of it.
Personable, professional, excellent care. Short wait time. Modern facilities. I highly recommend them.
