Used the “save my place in line” function which is a game changer. Waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Was seen, by MA then PA, tested, treatment options discussed and agreed upon and I was done in less than an hour. Everyone was very kind, courteous and professional. Extremely good experience today at Providence Gateway Urgent Care!! Will definitely go back when needs must.
My experience here was outstanding. Front desk, Triage, and my doctor were all thorough but also quick and efficient. Diagnosis and treatment were all correct. While it helps that they were not too busy at the time, I was in and out in under 45 min and this included a minor procedure. Providence urgent care Gateway did an amazing job, I’ll will definitely consider this my top option for urgent care in the future. Thank you so much!
Excellent and immediate care by both nurses and doctor. Plan for recovery easily arrived at, I left feeling hopeful and empowered.
