After telling me on the phone that they do take my insurance we drove down with an infection that seriously needed treatment. They then told me they do Not take my insurance after all. And then refused to treat me at all!!! Not even if I paid for it out of my pocket! This place is staffed by people who joined the medical profession strictly to make money. No one there has any concern for the patients health or welfare!!! They really should be stripped of their certifications and banned from ever having any control over anyon... read more
My husband was out of country when he had a stroke. (We returned to US as soon as he was released) His Peacehealth primary care doctor gave us no help or priority. The Peacehealth urgent care also did not give us any help or priority, so the next day, we came to this Providence Immediate Care. From the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor, there was caring, proactive attention.
