I was feeling like I had the flu or bad cold and went in to get checked out. I was told I had sinusitus and was prescribed 4 meds. They put me on Antibiotics, Steroids, a migraine med and one for my sore throat. Things got worse after that and I went back Wednesday to see what was happening. I was told that I had a VIRAL infection and that the Steroids and antibiotics were useless. I could barely breathe from all the coughing and crap in my lungs. These guys suck. They were supposed to send my husband throat culture in for strep and out found out today they never even sent it in. So here he is waiting getting sicker. When asked if they could perscribe an antibiotics he is told he has to wait until the DR he seen was in and that he had to come in for another appointment for that. What a friggen joke we will go to ER before we go to these guys again. Now he has to go to his own dr and pay another fee. Don't go here they suck.
Unfortunately, my kids and I have become regulars here. They're very fast getting us seated, and having a provider come into the room. No complaints. They have x-ray services, which has been great. I always suggest for people to go there, as I think they're the best urgent care around!
