I arrived at the ER with the worst back pain of my 45 years on this planet. About 5 minutes after using a borrowed walker to check in at the emergency room and filling out forms on my phone, a physician's assistant, whose name I wish I rememberer, came up to me, sat down beside me and said "You're WAY too young to be using a walker, I'm going to get you in the ER and get you some pain killers asap. Why does Providence not do MRI services at night.? Was informed they have to call in personnel for that. Pitiful.. will not be back
"0" stars. First the "PCT" patient care technician should not give medical advice. Mother in law went for a stroke which she has had before. Hence we know how to tell and the PCT said I don't think she is having a stroke. Then took an hour to get a CT and now on the 5th hour haven't talked to a single doctor. Do not go here for true emergencies.
They called police on a family member who was in the ICU. She had just gotten off a ventilator and was freaking out .Gave her something to calm her down and had another reaction, the police 5 cop cars was called and they took her to jail. She had not been off the ventilator but only 8 hours. So yeah don’t go to the place!
