In one of my most painful and stressful moments, Stephanie Connell, NP-C, and the USA Health Providence ER team delivered the fastest, kindest, and most compassionate care I’ve ever received. This review is for everyone in the ER around 12 p.m. yesterday 8/9/2025 — especially my provider, Stephanie Connell, NP-C. I seen about 2 shift changes while my son was waiting in ER. One was when we were in lobby waiting for a room in back and 2nd change was while we were waiting to go upstairs to a room, which they said they had one for him. Other than that it was mostly fine. I would never choose this place again bc I’ve heard from others who live here (I just moved here) it is often always a very long wait time. I didn’t get an exam or meeting with a doctor, I just got an ankle x-ray and waited longer for the result... read more

I arrived at the ER with the worst back pain of my 45 years on this planet. About 5 minutes after using a borrowed walker to check in at the emergency room and filling out forms on my phone, a physician's assistant, whose name I wish I rememberer, came up to me, sat down beside me and said "You're WAY too young to be using a walker, I'm going to get you in the ER and get you some pain killers asap. You shouldn't be hurting this bad at your age. I wish I knew her name so that I could thank her. I was in emense pain, but in re... read more
