My Dad was sent home on hospice on a Friday night, as Swedish Hospital seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of him at that point! We didn't see anyone from Hospice until later Saturday morning, and he was a "consultant " of sorts that we had a hard time understanding, due to his lack of english.. he was very nice but in a case like this we felt a bit frustrated as we were under the impression we would be seeing a nurse! We didn't get a nurse until later the next morning and she gave us a few pointers on dad's care and what "we... read more

Worst experience ever. Medication management wasn't updated from day to day. They let my daughter suffer in pain because they kept having to "wait and see how a pain med was working" but we kept calling two or three times a day and got a different nurse every time and each nurse had a different opinio. They let my 26 year old daughter suffer immensely for days!! Please use any other hospice!

I gave 1 star only because I had to give something. My dad was on hospice and we knew he was transitioning and wouldn't be with us long. Robin one of the nurses called me on Sept 14 stating she was going to check on my dad at 1130. My husband and I saw him at 930am and he was sleeping and his breathing was a little different. I told the nurse ROBIN to call me after her visit. Robin didnt show till after 130 that day. I never received a call from her after the visit. ALL the other nurses would call me and tell me how he was a... read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My grandfather had lung cancer and was on hospice. This company was supposed to keep us informed on how my grandfather was doing. One day my mom & dad went to see him. I went to see him the same day at a different time. The hospice nurse was supposed to be there at 11:30 to check on him & let us know how she thought he was doing. I was there for 2 hours & the hospice nurse never showed while I was there. She showed 2 hours late. She did not call us to inform us of this. She never calle... read more
