This company is a Private Equity, for profit company that took over a once gem of the PNW. My recommendation? RUN!! RUN as far away as you can. Would never entrust my loved one to their care. Tons of deliver care holes. They are obtuse when it comes to understanding true, patient centered care.
Compassus has sucked the soul out of what made this hospice and home health so special. They are a for-profit. Would not recommend to anyone I cared about.
Rude aggressive nurses, they make me feel uncomfortable. Incompetent. Poorly run. Stay away from this nightmare service.
Terrible experience working with them
I read the other reviews of Providence Hospice, and can't believe that they are talking about the same organization we dealt with. From the day my husband was released from the hospital and into hospice at our home, we felt completely informed at every stage of his decline. I was given prescriptions for his pain and nausea at the hospital before he left, and more were delivered to our home at 9:00 the next night.
