This place seems to have gone down hill the last 3 years. The person who I assume to be the lead was aggressive, defensive an egotistical during a recent exam of my family members. They were not pleased at her demeanor. Also I find it very weird and unprofessional that there would be googly eye stickers in patient care areas on signs etc. and plastic figures? This is a hospital setting, one that should be more neutral. Keep the jokes for the break room!

I was confident in my doctor and confident in the MRI people and well pleased that how they handled it. No worries I have faith that helps a lot have faith in God and to pray before you go in the peace that surpasses all understanding will calm you guaranteed
I don’t have any history of breast cancer in my family nor was I particularly anxious about the procedure, but today when I had my mammogram I was profoundly appreciative of my technician. She was friendly without calling me “honey” or “sweetie” , professional, and competent. I’m sorry I don’t know her name. She was a model for her profession. Thank you.
