This company has gone above and beyond in the level of care and service. Top notch management and quality. Our RN Justin is fantastic. Knowledge, experienced, calm & compassionate. He is a very smart nurse. Our therapists - PT/OT & Speech Therapists are also amazing. They are great with communication with scheduling and accommodating. Our previous HH team is subpar compared to our team that help my father recover from cancer and his age-related complications. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I received home care service for a few weeks after hospital and nursing home stay. The Providence physical therapists Noel and Roy, as well as nurse Mo, provided very good service to help me get back on my feet and start to feel better again. They let me know every time in advance on when they would visit, and they did, i felt they are professionals, friendly and compassionate; I was happy to be in their care.
My therapist Ritchie was simply the best. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him. I'm sorry our sessions are over. I'll miss seeing him. He's so good at what he does.
I highly appreciate the great assistance and amazing service I received from Providence Home Care.
