Have been very happy with your staff that has visited my husband in our home. I am his caregiver after major back surgery. Staff has been very caring and patient with husband. Text when they are on way which is great so we know when they will arrive. Definitely would recommend your staff.
The Nurses and PT were all good. We especially appreciated Joshua (PT) and Camille (PT). Both are very good, thorough at what they do. Both explained all PT exercises and goals and were very compassionate and caring.
The first person who came out, Mike, was excellent. Very caring and helpful. He came quite a few times. He was on time and courteous. Then I got Regina another excellent person. Mike and Regina made me feel like I was cared about. They explained everything to me. Twice I got a different person. He wasn't on time, dtayed for 2-3 minutes and left. I work in Assisted Living and Providence Home Care has a great reputation for exceeding expectations for their clients and their families. I recommend them if you're considering homecare options for your loved one. I know Denise Sabin there and she is amazing and they are lucky to have her!
One of the best home health agencies. Amazing people who really help. Administration is awesome. Love this place.
