I'd give it 3 stars if it hadn't been for today's visit. A word of warning, (instead of listing reasons for 2 stars): When visiting nurses, etc. are pushy, bossy, condescending, insistent about appointment times, argumentative about anything, I say "Stand your ground.", politely and even firmly, tell them what works for you and your loved ones. Their customer service at this home care is very bad .. people who answer calls at this home care aren’t professional, specially a person name tommie.. she is very argumentative to deal with issues in regards patients seen at home.. I need it to be present when nurses come at home at all times to make sure they treat my family member with compassion, and respect that patient deserves..
