I know everyone has various opinions & reviews about a medical facility. This campus is terrible. The ER staff isn't that great. It's ashame whenever I go to Prisma Health, especially Richland or Baptist, they go ahead & take me in. I have no complaints about Prisma Health. I have an excellent care team. The only positive thing I can say is, my cardiologist is at the Medical Office across from the campus downtown. He's a good doctor.
This hospital is a joke and lie to patients. I would never step foot back in this place. The staff is rude. Stay away from this place. My son is disabled and I’m his medical proxy and would not let me go in the back with him after be questioned about was going on.
My son was in the ICU and that staff was great nurse Haley took great care of my son. I wish all hospitals were staffed with people this great and caring for their patients.
I just recently had outpatient surgery at MUSC Downtown. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly. The nurse and anesthesiologist went over and beyond making sure that I was comfortable. I am very happy with the service I received.
They forgot to feed my mama 😒😞😑😡🤬
