Poor poor communication. Appt schefuled. 30 minutes + ago...not seen for op testing. No excuse. None. But yet i hear the staff complaining as i write this. Complain about being tired. Complain about work load. Waiting 40 min now. NPO. There is a sign saying call a number.... no reception. Unacceptable . All Unacceptable. Still waiting.
My family member had a recent ED visit along with a consult with EP cardiology. From arrival to discharge, this staff was compassionate, professional and friendly. It was truly quality, excellent care. Special kudos to Sharon, RN, Payton, RN (both ED), Juliette, RN ( EP) and Jim ( EP tech). The ED physician and Dr. Gottipaty from the EP cardiology were also kind, compassionate and professionally excellent. Thank you all! Pk

3900$ bill for a blood test and two singular pills of ibuprofen for POISON IVY. (Ibuprofen for Poison Ivy, really??) Then continue to try and bill me yet I’ve given my military insurance months ago. I think I’d rather kill myself then suffer these stupid as payments…
