Very caring and efficient
So I recently had a video call. Policy is to login an hour before. I did, waited an hour, and the doctor was 10 minutes late. And the conference and lasted 10 minutes. Have to wonder what was billed. I have a conference call with a doctor outside your system and he's just going to call me. And way are my appointment's always late. I have to book transportation. It turns a 20 appointment into a 2 hour appointment.
