UPDATE FROM ONE MONTH AFTER REVIEW: this place continues to be the worst since they responded to this review, as I’ve tried calling and emailing and never gotten a response despite how they insist “they’ll be in touch within 72 hours.” They’re also now sending me invoice reminders for a bill I paid a month and a half ago. No direct way to get in touch about it with anyone, and they only ever sent a “Thank you for your payment” email without any additional receipt or proof of payment. Dealing with these guys has been a Hall-of-Fame bad healthcare experience after about two months of trying to make it work. Nice people, but horribly organized. They told me my insurance was in-network when it wasn't, so I just had to fork over a couple hundred dollars just for two 10-minute Telehealth follow-up appointments; they forwarded a claim to the wrong insurance company; they got my name wrong on prescriptions; psychiatrist told me to email him about any issues... never responded; had to consistently call about 3-4 ... read more
Both my boys attend bright minds. At first I was very apprehensive about sending my children to another place outside of school. However, the people that work there are very down to earth, caring and loving to the children. Martha is very responsive and is willing to go that extra mile to render quality services. My boys are always happy and ready to attend. Thank you
Dr. Neal Kurzrok at the Neurology Center was extremely hostile towards my wife and daughter to such an extent that my daughter started recording as she said she was "trained" to do with police interactions. He was condescending and lied about the appointment time. He wouldn't explain why my daughter was asked to remove items of clothing for a head exam.
