I had water in my lungs and could no longer breathe. I got into the ER. Almost all the doctors and assistants promised me that everything would be covered by insurance. Now I have a bill for over $ 6,800.
I have been trying to make a new patient appointment for a week now- no one answers the phone. You get a message that says it will take longer than 5 minutes. I have held on for at least 30 minutes each time I called my current call is at 1 hour and 2 minutes. Either they don't actually want new patients or they are severely understaffed.
