Took my husband over an hour to see his doctor. If he’d been an hour late they would’ve canceled his appointment. Please extend your patients the same courtesy. We don’t even care that we drove 30 minutes to be here. Just tell us you can’t see us instead of making us wait so long. I have kaiser. They don’t treat us this way.
It’s crazy how fast the PCPs are leaving this place. Just like other reviewers mentioned, the PCP doctors leave the place before the appointment date, which by itself is 6 months out. And good luck trying to reach them via phone - no one answers within 1 hour. Is anyone even alive in this god forsaken place?
Scheduled an appointment for establishing Primary care with a certain Dr Seigel for July ,in February. July's appointment got cancelled because the Dr was on a leave, fair. Got that rescheduled to September, and now even this appointment is cancelled because the doctor isnt back yet. The high-handedness of the staff is just appalling and the appointments are not getting honored even when scheduling over 6 months before!!
