I had the best visit this time. The Dr I saw she was great. I wish we could choose who we see when we go to urgent care as I had bad visits in the past with Dr's who don't have good human interaction skills at this urgentcare. If I could choose it would be the Dr I saw at this visit. She really cared & it showed in everything she did, said & was welling to go above & beyond & because of that she saved my kidneys from further damage as she called me that same evening to let me know I needed to go to the ER asap. On multiple occasions I have seen delays in the facility to respond to urgent or important messages. I have seen couple of front office help at times but to their limitations other than that not impressed with staff or care teams to return or advice on the issues when tyou desperately need them, needs lot of improvement and attention to patients needs, there are not doing any free service!
