This is one of the worst apartment buildings I have ever lived at, consistent noise issues.

I love it but the landlord is never there my sister is hard of hearing she'll called the landlord but she never calls back
RecommendedIt's a great place to live with children. The school is right next door. pre school as well as K-5. on the SEAT bus line. minutes from shopping. all units has laundry room, garages,dish washer. can beat the price and Section 8 HUD approved.
Company is awful responding to residents. No maintenance, terrible management and communication. I would NOT recommend moving here. I’m looking to move myself.
