Horrible. Dishonest. They claimed my exhaust manifold was cracked. So I stalled into the garage to see the damages. There was no crack or damage. They were gonna charge me 900 for nothing. Then I had a broke bolt, they wanted to charge 500 to replace a bolt. I DECLINED all services. Will not go back either. Oh yeah then they said that the heat from exhaust must have welded the crack together. Totally over staffed as well. They didn't I'm a aircraft Mech. Always ask to see the damages.
My jeep experienced issues with an air suspension failure. So, I thought this is an authorized dealership repair. Proceeded to have the Jeep repaired here. I picked up my Jeep and noticed that the problem still wasn’t completely solved. Called dealership and express my concerns they immediately responded for the Jeep to be reevaluated. The whole crew from the frontdesk (Krystal and Duane ), to the car sale's man (Raymond) and the mechanics, always takes good care of my vehicle and me....that 's why I have been coming here for over 20 years!
The service team at Providence has, once again, excelled at keeping me happy and my Renegade in top shape! The tech found the issue with a vibration noise and I don't have to listen to that anymore! I like the idea of them sending a video, going over what's good and what's needed. Thankful for a team I can trust, and getting the job done right! I purchased my jeep from this dealership and will continue to use their services!
