Krystal did an amazing job of getting my truck in and serviced quickly. Even getting me things covered under warranty that wasn’t expected.
Consistently positive service. In this case, a tire on a used vehicle we purchased recently, kept losing air. It started happening right around the time we got it back from a repair. We didn't think much of it, but on another vehicle, had previously experienced a tire that wasn't properly seated in the rim, which caused a slow air leak. This time, it was a nail. The dealership was gracious enough to remove it at no cost. I was there for under an hour.
wonderful wonderful staff in services. We switched to them from another dodge dealer after some issues and couldn’t be happier with how they handle humans and the vehicles. Dwayne is one of my favorite service men. The mechanics are all very honest and down to earth. They will speak to you directly if you have concerns.
From start to finish Dwayne was very informative of the problem with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica (cracked engine block) they gave me loaner car to use till I could get things figured out and helped me purchase another vehicle. All in all I believe the money I spent on the problem w the mini van he helped make up for the purchase of another vehicle.
