This place is somehow referred to as a "business" and a practice. I'm appalled that they would even call themselves that. After my second visit to see Dr. Stanton at this place, I was convinced that I need a more professional office to take care of my family. I have been going there for years. The doctors are great. Even with the insurance and HMO issues, the doctors and nurses have still maintained a caring perspective...especially Dr. Stanton. Stephanie, that answers the phones, has always been very congenial. But every time I have to see my doctor, I dread the inevitable communication that I have to have with the office staff.
