I had a very frustrating experience with this office. We had a scheduled appointment on 3/20 at 3:20 PM and waited for 50 minutes, but no one ever showed up. Around 3:40, I received a message saying the provider was running late, yet the call never happened and no provider show up. When I reached out to the office, they claimed they had called us over the phone, and then marked us as a no-show. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us for the miscommunication. Scheduling and Management - Extremely poor. 5years of quality experience here. My providers outstanding and nursing staff well trained and kind. Xrays done here quickly. No Urgent care at this facility on Prospect about 4 years now. The " My Chart " online application is excellent and saves me alot of time in making appointments, refills and spending g messages to my providers with quick results and responses.
