The staff and the doctors are very courteous and good at what they do. I feel they try to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I live across town and would never want to change from seeing my doctors because it’s a little bit of a drive.
I was treated in a timely manner by a professional and courteous staff.The Doctor explained all procedures and answered all my questions.
Dr. Brenda Shen and all nurses were great. I appreciated their sense of humor and they allowed me to express all details of my progress at length. They also listened to my efforts to successfully reduce medications and respected my right to “take control” of diet, exercise and medicines. Thank you for prompt feedback concerning all lab work and constant support of my progress.
