Was able to book an appointment for the following morning, and experienced very little wait time with kind and efficient front desk and nursing staff. Physician/Physician assistant was thorough and was also able to resolve prescription issues with insurance promptly. Thank you!
I went in for a last minute tetanus shot as I cut myself on some rusty metal and was concerned as my last tetanus shot was about 8 years ago. I made the appointment immediately after the injury so it was very last minute but I still arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time (no later) however the medical assistant still felt it was necessary to lecture me on the fact that my appointment was almost cancelled. I booked the in person appointment online from home using the Providence Medical Application. Then Attended the Appointment was diagnosed and explained about the necessary treatment and then went to my pharmacy and then returned home all within a hour's time frame. I highly recommend this Express Clinic. Thanks Again for everything
Im assuming the upfront woman was being dishonest on taking my insurance ohp and trillium.
Horrible, uncaring staff, not able to provide the simplest health services when one is in need. Barely listened to my condition
