I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care. I was out of town on vacation and honestly a little nervous because I wasn’t familiar with the local healthcare options, but I could not have been treated better. The PA who took care of me was exceptional. She was clearly very experienced, but also so kind, reassuring, and easy to talk to. Bad information and conflicting diagnoses. They ordered a chest xray to confirm or rule out pneumonia. Since it was late in the day they suggested I could go to any Providence hospital to get imaging - the imaging department could fulfill the xray ordered. What they didn’t know is that going to the hospital after their imaging department was closed would require me to be admitted.
