Went in for a check in and got a diagnosis within 15 minutes. The people were very helpful and nice.
Scheduled an appt for 8:15. Place is supposed to open at 8am. Arrived at 8:05 and sat for 10 min on the curb with another patient as the door was locked. They finally open it at 8:15 but say the provider is 20 min away. Do not schedule here. They will make you wait with no explanation, even with an appointment.
I called a virtual doctor & she told me that I have to be seen in the clinic & so I made a appointment to be seen arrived at the clinic where I was turned away & they called the police on me for no apparent reason saying that I have a family doctor I need to go see them but I don’t have one I believe I was racially profiled as u can see the lady is on the phone with the police
The nurse who checked my son in and took his vitals was friendly and kind, and I truly appreciate her compassion. However, our experience with Tanya Wayne was quite concerning. I found her to be dismissive, frequently speaking over me and not allowing me the opportunity to express our concerns. Was told to drop off my labs at any of the locations for labcorp annd given a list of locations. When I arrived there wasn’t an order. My samples went bad due to the time line without refrigeration. Very upset with the lab tech who said to drop it off else where.
