Because I booked the last appointment of the day I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience. Trust me, a doctors office is the last place I want to be and would only go if I didn’t feel fully well. I felt like all of my symptoms especially the ones I voiced were my biggest concern were not being considered because it’s typically cold and flu season I felt like that was the focus. My insurance was listed as accepted at the time I made an appointment. They did my appointment with the required co-pay and everything seemed fine. Now I get a surprise bill, full cost to me, MONTHS later, and that my insurance is retroactively not accepted. Horrible billing practices.
Love this express care option, my co pay was $20 and they had lots of same day appts for a stubborn ear infection, had to go back to change medications and both the doctors I encountered were wonderful! My mother has also had to use them while visiting from out of town and it was such a breeze!
We were seen within 10 minutes. Their team took time to listen to us and was thorough in explaining their recommendations. Thank you for providing an exceptional level of care.
I went there to get a splinter out. They did not take my splinter out. Took my 25 dollars copay, i am still trying to get splinter out at 1030 at night. Do not go there.
