Dr. Press is a wonderful Doctor. Kind and patient. Always answers my questions. The nurses and front staff are also very nice.
Dr Musa was wonderful! I would give her 5 stars. But the office could not get our FMLA paperwork completed. We called them multiple times. We refaxed things. They constantly had excuses and lost our forms. It was so stressful that my partner had a hard time focusing on her surgery recovery. I would not recommend them based on this aspect.
these 5 starts are ALL and EXCLUSIVELY for nurse Jake. not for providence. i dont know his last name but hes half Filipino half white so that may be an identifier. i want him to get his due credit. hes kind and knowledgeable, always happy to explain the interesting parts and loves to answer the questions my mom and i have. he really listens when you express something (i.e. pain or discomfort) and does his best to make sure you're comfortable. i want to make sure he gets his due recognition for being a great nurse. his good e... read more
The best care. They understand how anxious you are and do their utmost to alleviate your fears.
Dr Press never seems to remember some of the simple things like i need the longest speculum and every appointment i wait at least one hour one time 2 hours. additionally he flip flops on my treatment so I go in prepared to discuss one path but we go down another, very discouraging.
