Anyone can shop at a mall or buy watches or jewelry on line, but if you like being spoiled by amazing customer service then Search no more. I stopped by here today looking for a Rolex and i left really believing i have a family jeweler for life. I will be sending all my friends and family here.

get rid of the attitudes, they're pompous, pretentious & rude. I now shop in NYC it's worth the trip to be greeted with kindness & pleasant attention without pretense.
My husband went in to buy me an anniversary gift and was greeted, with an attitude, by a young blond woman whom I prefer not to name. Unfortunately Lisa was not working that day as she is the only reason I will enter those doors. Her service and knowledge is beyond others working in the store. Im not quite sure what the problem is with the employees at Providence Diamond. They can be arrogant and unhelpful especially when one may not be dressed to their liking.
