Absolutely terrible office staff. I had an appointment at 7:45am to call and tell them I’ll be a little late. Lady named Kimberly answered the phone, let me explain, then told me we I can’t help you, we open at 8am. Which was weird because it was 7:57, was scheduled for 7:45am, and she answered the phone. Anyways I waited til 8am just to be told by Aurora that we can’t see you if you’re a few minutes late because the doctor has a half day. All of the reception staff is really helpful and friendly! But Dr. Gutierrez was a bit clueless with his treatment plans. I went here more than a dozen times for over a year with no progress. Shifted from one treatment plan to another... And then back again. It was almost as if he would take my advice on how to proceed. He didn't seem concerned with actually fixing my issues and was happy to just continue to rake in the revenue from the expensive appointments.
