Dr. Jacob Cheek was our audiologist for my newborn after he failed his newborn hearing in the hospital after birth. He is so nice, understanding, and patient. I felt so comfortable and informed. It took 2 appointments for my little one and Dr. Cheek even sacrificed his lunch hour so we wouldn't have to come back for a third appointment. Some of the equipment didn't work the first appointment (which is a Providence issue not the doctor or his team). That was the only annoying part. Otherwise 10/10 recommend Jacob Cheek!

Scheduling is awful, and their recent 6wk policy has made it even worse! I didn’t think it was possible! We will be looking at our other options or I guess not getting treatment. Constant rescheduling and then the ONLY available time is not only too far out to be beneficial, but a ridiculously inconvenient time where my kid won’t be cooperative anyway. Would not recommend. Our doctor Iris was incredibly dismissive and rude. Scheduling is a nightmare. On top of it- she showed up 40 minutes late to the appointment.

For the past six months, we've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Amy for my son's physical therapy. She consistently brings creative and engaging approaches to his sessions, skillfully weaving his exercises into playful tummy time activities that make the experience enjoyable and effective. I would bring his twin brother to the appointments and she’d let him play on the mat too, so he wouldn’t feel left out. We always looked forward to our visits with her!

Bottom of the barrel kind of Doctors here. Amy was the absolute worst. Basically told us she did not want to do her job and to find someone else. Thanks for wasting our time. This is where insurance sent us but if you do some research there are MUCH better options with people who actually care to do their job.
