My son was referred to this group by his primary care doctor and this location has helped my son as well as myself learn new ways to live life. There is community as well as interaction, my son loves going to see these doctors.
Despite providing insurance information to the office nearly 2 months prior and coverage confirmed, our appointment was canceled with 3 days' notice due to our insurance being out of network. Can we just pay cash? No, but you can talk to the billing department if you want to *change insurance* lol. Zero regard for our time and zero regard for the care of our child since the wait is months to get in anywhere, and now we have to start all over again.
This Place Has Gone Way Down.
They send my daughter back to a hospital because they couldn't handle her and they where having problems with her ventilation system too 😑🙄
