My 90 years old wife fell and hit her head, at home. While there was no apparent injury, my daughter and I decided to take her to the ER at Cedars Tarzana. My mother was being treated for a number of end of life medical conditions. Dr. Tahoori, the hospitalist expressed to me the importance of making my mother's transition "peaceful and painless."
