My doctor is awesome but the clinic is managed by incompetent fools who care nothing about the well being of their patients. They submitted my paperwork incorrectly to the insurance company and now I am stuck waiting for an "urgent" procedure. When I informed Elaine (was told she is manager) of the error she did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I am now asking my primary care doc to help me find a new cardiologist.
