Dr. Dougherty is so sweet, I recommend my whole family to Providence Heart. They're Patient with you and EVERYONE is nice. Dr. Dougherty found my problem and took care of it.
We love Dr G! He is the ONLY reason we stay with this practice. Since the hosp took over the quality of care and response has been disappointing.
First I was told my procedure would cost $978 out of pocket. After cancelling, they 're-ran' the numbers and it was determined that I would only owe about $150, which I paid up front--only to find out that it was completely covered, and I shouldn't have paid anything. 3 weeks later, they're still holding my money hostage, 'waiting for a supervisor' to sign off on my refund check.
Saw Dr. Gottipaty. Excellent! Left with a hopeful plan for dealing with my sick heart.
